- DESIGN SERVICES
- Designs provided are owned by CGLO.
- Clients are not allowed to reproduce the design from another manufacturer.
- TERMS AND METHOD OF PAYMENT
- All sales from on-stock merchandise shall be taken and facilitated by our interior/sales designer
- Payment options via Credit Card and GCash are the only ones acceptable
- CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
- Under no circumstances shall client be allowed to receive the whole payment made.
- Client may choose to change the order and replace with different item/s with the Same total or exceeding the original total project cost.
- DELIVERY
- Delivery of orders placed online is subject to Delivery Fee of P 500.00 within Metro Manila
- For out-of-town deliveries within Luzon, clients should arrange pick up at LRI showroom
- STORAGE FEE
- All items purchased online should be picked up or delivered within three working days.
- Should clients failed to arrange pick up within three working days, a storage fee of 2% of the
- total cost will be added and should be settled before releasing of items.
Return Policy
- HOW TO RETURN
- Clients may send an email with photo attachments at agarciaonlineshop@gmail.com
- We will accept returns and exchanges of furniture items in new and unused condition within 7 working days with a valid proof of purchase.
- Items for return should be delivered back to our LRI Showroom wrapped.
- PROOF OF PURCHASE
- This is required to issue and exchange or refund for eligible items and under no circumstances shall be allowed without proof of purchase.
- The following are accepted as proof of purchase:
- Original Receipt, Sales Invoice, Acknowledgement Receipt
- Delivery Receipt
- Order Confirmation
- CANCELLATION AND REFUND

- Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
Sending out your order means that you have already read, understood, and agreed to all contents of the above TERMS AND CONDITIONS and RETURN POLICIES.
